Product Description
NiCr8020 is a powder manufactured by water atomization with a characteristic irregular particle shape or by gas atomizaion and premium nickel raw materials with spheroidal shape ensuring freely flowing powder feed during thermal spray processing.The powder resists hot oxidizing and corrosive gases,and prevents scaling on carbon and low alloy steels.

Typical uses and Applications
1,Good bond coat for ceramic top coats.
2,Dense, abrasion and oxidation resistant coatings for salvage and build up applications, such as on carbon and low alloy carbon steel substrates.
3,Products with finer particle size distributions generally produce coatings with finer as sprayed surfaces finishes, which may be desirable when post-coat machining of the coating will be performed.
