95Ni-5Al Metco 480/450 Powder Thermal Spray Powder Salvage And Build-Up For Restoration Applications
Nickel - 5 % Aluminum powder is the ideal material for the restoration of worn or mismachined components. It's commonly used in HVOF, Plasma spraying and Combustion Powder Thermal spray. It has good oxidation and abrasion resistance and also good for general repair and build-up. And it's recommended for use as oxidation resistant bond coats which can be used below 800ºC(1470°F).It results in dense, well-bonding coating and self bonding to most metallic surfaces.
