Hard Facing Rods are shipped in rigid wood crates. Each crate holds a maximum of 10 rods, and is labeled with the product name, the quantity of rods in that crate, and a unique serial number.

The crates are then secured with heavy-duty metal straps and bands, and shrink-wrapped for extra protection.

The rods are further protected by being placed in individual plastic bags before being placed in the crates.
