Product Description
WLCo F rod is a titanium calcium type coating, surfacing electrode with cobalt chromium tungsten alloy cores, should adopt DCRP. Surfacing metal can keep good abrasion resistance and corrosion resistance at 650 degrees.
It is used in the work of 650 degrees Celsius should be able to maintain good wear resistance and a certain degree of corrosion resistance of the occasion; for example, the high temperature and high pressure welding valve and hot shear knife, the impact of hot and cold staggered place.
Note:
1. Before welding, the electrode must be baked for about 150℃ for 1 hour.
2. Small current and short arc surfacing should be adopted to avoid increasing the penetration of base metal and reducing the performance of surfacing alloy.
3, according to the type of base metal and workpiece size, can choose 350-500℃ preheating temperature and 350℃ interlayer temperature for surfacing.
4, according to the working conditions generally choose 600-750℃, heat preservation 1-2 hours with the furnace slow cooling, or put the workpiece in the dry and preheated sand cylinder or grass ash slow cooling.

For 1000mm packing in 5kg tube, 4 tubes in one 20kg carton
For length more than 1000mm, pack in wooden box directly
